One Step At A Time

Wow! It has been 7 to 8 years since the first American Idol was crowned. Hehe! Talented people found in America. What I've always look forward to see in the show is the winning song sung by the final 2 contestants at the grand finale of the show. All these songs are great inspiration to all. I really started watching during Carrie Underwood's year, season 4. Cuz I didn't have 8tv when Fantasia's season was aired. But, I had taken a look at all final performances of the winners and runner ups. All of them were great! Some winners are miles better than the runner up, and of course, some runner ups were better than the winner, I don't wanna say who, you judge them yourself, I think the videos are available on Youtube. I don't understand why Ruben Studdard didn't have his own song, while Clay Aiken had (This Is The Night, great song!). Speaking of this, I don't understand why some years the final 2 didn't have the same song, like in the year 2003, 2006, and 2008. Taylor Hicks had Do I Make You Proud but Katharine McPhee had My Destiny. David Cook had Dream Big but David Archuleta had In This Moment. In the end, Cook get released The Time of My Life, and Archuleta didn't. I think
the format changes every year. Sad! Anyhow, I like all of the songs (A Moment Like This is still my favourite, I love her more in the video!! Gorgeous!! :P). They are all so inspirational, especially I Believe (this one's a legend!! Fantasia rocks, but not popular in Malaysia). Inside Your Heaven and A Moment Like This are more to love songs and appreciation appreciation. Ok... enough crap from me, lets enjoy the songs!! Hehe!!

The weather was so cold yesterday, as if like I was in Genting Highlands. It was raining like.. I don't know... cats and dogs?? Haven't use this phrase for ages. XD! It's hasn't rain like this in months, but today was like.. hooh! HOT!! Err.. not really, just moderate. Hahaha!! Just to show some contrast between yesterday and today.

Anyway, I sat for the Engineering Maths 1 midterm test just now. Can you imagine? Pure objective questions... 18 questions! Helo?? this is maths, aren't we supposed to show steps and workings??? But good for me, cuz I didn't know how to do a single question if it was subjective. Heheheh!! Just kidding, we were tested on 2 topics, I only know how to do the first topic. Understanding level for the second topic is 20%. So how did I managed to answer? Tembak or tikam la!! XD! I actually had some other alternative way too... haha! You guessed it!! You can't blame me... our tables were so near to each other. It's human nature... don't tell me you're gonna spend my last 20 minutes hoping the answers to pop out themselves... My eyes and vision should fall where they may! LOL!! Who cares, only a few questions... Haha!! I'll buck up for finals. This test is only 18%. Does not carry much weight. So... tired now. Going to bed! I'm not sure whether I can wake up for tomorrow's tutorial or not. Nite guys!! Peace!

OMG!! I just got home from campus and turned on the laptop. I went to a website which I usually visit and saw... Already Gone Music Video! Oh my GOD!!! I just hope this will be a successful single for her!!



It's pretty obvious that this video's from Youtube. So, it'll be suspended anytime. I'll try to find a replacement as soon as possible! Hehe!! I think this video is not properly done, cuz it got cut right after the bridge. I hope that this is not the real video, just like Katy Perry's Thinking Of You. It's not the premiere yet, so anything could happen. Keeping my fingers crossed, cuz I don't quite like a music video which doesn't seem to have a storyline and a person walking aimlessly. I need to see more people!!! XD! I really like MVs like Love Story (fairy-tale-like), Because Of You(so touching), Behind These Hazel Eyes, and more... haha!

*Smack forehead* After weeks and weeks, people are still arguing about Halo and Already Gone. Here is what Kelly Clarkson said about it in an article published by CBC News... read it!

"Ryan and I met each other at the record label, before he was working with anyone else," Clarkson begins, gritting her teeth. "He's from Oklahoma, I'm from Texas; we got along really well and had some of the same influences. We wrote about six songs together, four or five of them made the album. It was all fine and dandy. I'd never heard of a song called Halo. Her album came out when my album was already being printed. No-one's gonna be sittin' at home, thinking 'Man, Ryan Tedder gave Beyonce and Kelly the same track to write to.' No, they're just gonna be saying I ripped someone off. I called Ryan and said, 'I don't understand. Why would you do that?'"

The palpably frustrated Clarkson claims she "fought and fought" to try and prevent her label from releasing Already Gone as her third single, out of respect for Beyonce.

"In the end, they're releasing it without my consent," she sighs. "It sucks, but it's one of those things I have no control over. I already made my album. At this point, the record company can do whatever they want with it. It's kind of a shitty situation, but.… You know, you learn."

A friend of mine asked me to listen to a song. It's called Listen, a meaningful one. It's been a long time since I've heard of that song, cuz I got tired of Beyonce's voice... Haha! This one's sang by Charice from Phillipene. One word... TALENTED! Enjoy!!

Today was like a hectic traveling day for me... haha! It's like this, we are organising a trip to Infineon. Of course, the trip isn't all about Infineon, but other places too. We thought of going to an astronomy exhibition at Tanjun Bidara after visiting Infineon.

Okay, here's what happened. I was supposed to have Engineering Maths at 10 am. But I woke up at 9.55 am! I was like @#$%*&@#@$!! Quickly brushed up without bathing. Eww... I couldn't stand it.. anyway, late for class. After that one hour, went to Plazasiswa, took brunch (breakfast + lunch, in case you don't know), and headed to CITS to check the place we were surveying. Kim San found it and so we left. There were only 3 of us, Kim San, Qiao Hui and me. The rest wasn't free, they had things to do, like lab sessions, meetings and so on. So, we left to Tanjun Bidara. We wanted to visit the Astronomy Planetarium. OMG!! It's so freaking far! Google map said it would only take us 27 mins to get there, but we got there at 45 to 60 mins! (don't trust it) It's like travelling to Muar! When we got there, it was a little disappointing to me, but to Kim San, it was okay. I mean to travel all the way up to Tanjung Bidara, just to visit a Planetarium... and it isn't free of charge, we will have to pay if we wanna watch the show, don't know what you call it. 5 bucks!!! Any discount if 40 students? "Ah yes... 40 students, we will free you 3 tickets. ^^! " WTF!! Then we asked if they can provide lunch for us. They said yes. Price? 4 to 5 bucks! Total of 10 bucks! I don't know students are willing to pay or not! Haiz... we're considering whether to take the offer. My gawd!

Okay, after that we went to Melaka Central, to take some brochures ,and Qiao Hui wanted to buy her bus tickets to Penang. Guess what we found... we found that, there's a second Planetarium located at.... ....... ....... MITC!!!! WHAT THE HELL??!! Should have gone to Melaka Central first! Oh whatever. And later we went to MITC to have a look. This time we brought Wen Jun along, cuz he had nothing to do at Ixora, I just dropped by at Ixora. Too bad the Planetarium wasn't completely opened. Haiz! Later went to Mydin to see whether there'll be any food for the students IF... I said IF, the second Planetarium is chosen to be visited.

Okay, later... went back MMU, check the internet to see what other attractions available in Melaka... any suggestions? Hehe, let me know ya.

Just know, I surfed youtube, I saw that they recommanded me to watch a video of Happy Tree Friends. Haa~~ long time I didn't watched that. When I watched it... my reaction was... WTF! Like this also can?! Hahah! seriously, If ever a person can die so easily, mankind will extinct in no time! I swear!!




Damn! I'm starving.... gonna hunt some food in the kitchen! Nite guys!

I received an e-mail just now. I find it kinda funny. LOL! It's about a divorce letter from the wife to her husband. Then there's a reply from her husband, later you'll know everything. XD!

Dear Husband,

I'm writing you this letter to tell you that I'm leaving you forever.

I've been a good woman to you for seven years and I have nothing to show for it. These last two weeks have been hell. Your boss called to tell me that you quit your job today and that was the last straw.

Last week, you came home and didn't even notice that I had a new haircut, had cooked your favorite meal and even wore a brand new pair of silk panties. You ate in two minutes, and went straight to sleep after watching all of your shows.

Yea!! ^^ One of my good friends came back from Australia today! He's Ming Gene. So glad, but I'm also sad cuz I can't be there to gather for lunch, this afternoon. I'm hoping to see him soon. I wonder how is he... hehe, maybe still as skinny like the last time or maybe he had put on some weight. I wonder if he still speak like he used to or have the Australian slang, like... "Good Day mate!!" instead of "Hi bitch!!" XD! Oh well, one way to find out, is to meet up! Hehe... oh look at the time, I have 8 am class tomorrow. Nitez!!
