One Step At A Time

I got a little frustrated when I found out that our story cannot be used in the upcoming drama presentation. The situation is like this, in this subject English 3, for our coursework, we are supposed to do drama. We are given 5 stories to read as a part of our literature. So, for the drama, we are supposed to act one of the stories. The lecturer told us that if we are not satisfied with the stories given, we can come up with our own, as long as we use back the theme of any of the 5 stories. So we did, cuz we thought that the stories weren't good enough, as in like number-of-character wise (we have 7 in a group, and that is many for a 20 minutes presentation) and storyline wise. When we did, we proposed to our lecturer, and told her about our story. She said okay. So everyone's excited about it... 'hahaha...' so did I, later went home to write the script. Then, we wanted to check that everything was okay, so we sent our script to her. The next thing we know, it was rejected! Oh man!!! I took like a few days to complete the script... and to make things worse, 2 new students joined our class, and among the 4 groups, we were one of the groups that they joined. I really hope that they are helpful (keeping my fingers crossed). Not only that, the drama is in 2 weeks!! What the hell?! All my hardwork... being reset just like this. Great! now we have to come up with another brand new story or just use back the 'exciting' stories given. I hope to get everything ready by this weekend (the storyline and the script), then get practiced by the end of next week.
